IMME Edge is a software tool only. It does not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Users are fully responsible for their own trading decisions and risk management.

3. User responsibility

Users are responsible for configuring the software, protecting their exchange accounts, managing API permissions and understanding the risks of automated trading.

4. Access and licenses

Access to IMME Edge may be controlled by license keys, subscription plans, device limits and server-side validation. IMME Solutions may suspend access in case of abuse, fraud, violation of these terms or technical/security concerns.

5. Availability

We aim to keep our services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, outages, third-party API issues or network problems may affect availability.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated before public launch and after launch as the product, pricing and legal structure evolve.
