When public subscriptions become available, refund terms will be clearly displayed before purchase. The final refund process may depend on the payment provider and applicable consumer protection rules.

3. No profit-based refunds

Trading results are not guaranteed. Refunds will not be based on trading performance, market conditions or user strategy outcomes.
